Job summary

Life Unlimited at Smith+Naphew designs and manufactures technology that takes the limits off living. The Field Inventory Analyst will support inventory controls across locations nationwide and partner with Commercial Logistics, Field Logistics, Sales, Warehousing and hospital staff to ensure accurate counts of Smith & Nephew inventory and assets.

Candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in operations or logistics, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and SAP/MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
Proven analytical skills and ability to lead change.
Advanced Excel and knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Medical device background preferred and ability to work independently.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Team oriented with initiative and interaction across levels.
Ability to travel 50% domestically and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory counts at multiple locations nationwide.
Report on field counts and inspection activities.
Support other departments when not counting in the field.
Collaborate with field personnel, sales, supply chain and finance to complete inventories.
Ensure compliance with Travel, Safety, Quality and Credentialing policies.
