Job summary

DataScan, part of Solifi, is seeking Field Risk Specialists to conduct floorplan inventory audits for automotive and other dealers in the Prior Lake area. You will verify VIN/serial numbers, review dealer records, and document results in our mobile audit app while traveling within the territory.

The role demands strong attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions. A valid license and overnight travel are required for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel overnight up to 5–7 nights per month.
• Must be able to work independently and in a field setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and mobile audit apps.

Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers.
• Meet with dealership personnel to confirm inventory status.
• Review dealer records and documentation for sold/missing/damaged units.
• Verify MSOs and vehicle titles for accuracy.
• Record audit findings using mobile devices and document visits.
• Communicate results and risk exposure to client representatives.
