Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks an Inventory Service Associate (ISA) to support the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team as a 1099 contractor.

The ISA will manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and handle courier inventory for fittings across hospitals, patient homes, and clinics. The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and flexibility for daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check after offer.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule return services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to sites for hospital, home, or clinic fittings.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities as needed.
• Assist patients in packing the Assure system and components.
• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra partner locations.
