The Manager, Field Inventory will lead the development and execution of Spineology’s field inventory program, with responsibility for all field inventory and a strong focus on building the reporting, analytics, processes, and controls needed to drive greater efficiency, visibility, and utilization across the field. This role will develop and manage key performance indicators, dashboards, and analytical tools that identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling more informed decision-making around inventory placement, aging, returns, accuracy, and overall field performance.
This role is ideal for someone with a builder mentality who enjoys creating structure, using data to drive decisions, and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams. The Manager will own field inventory performance, returns and expired product management, and inventory accuracy within the West Coast Hub.
A critical part of the role is ensuring inventory is strategically positioned and effectively leveraged in the field to support customer demand, revenue opportunities, and growth. This position requires approximately 25% travel, including overnight travel.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
