Job summary

Loaf N Jug in Colorado seeks a Store Inventory Auditor to produce store inventory results, alert the company to problems, and evaluate shrink control adherence. You will count retail value items, scan overstocks, damaged goods, and returns while applying shrink standards.

The role requires traveling long distances to company locations, full-time hours Mon-Fri with 40–45 hours weekly, early start around 5:00 AM, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong communication to coach store managers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Associate's Degree.
• Retail Guest Service Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Keyholder experience.
• Retail Store Manager and/or inventory auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an audit process of Field Audit Control Specialists to conduct a physical inventory.
• Evaluate inventory conditions and teach store managers on readiness standards; deliver results professionally.
• Produce immediate audit results by comparing physical inventory to book balance and adjust accordingly.
• Research inventory results using reports, vendor data, margins and discrepancies to correct paperwork.
• Evaluate manager execution of Shrink Standards and provide feedback.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction, accuracy and speed in operations.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
