Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of inventory auditing or retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability insurance.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise and cash in stores with a handheld computer.
• Notify store manager of price discrepancies and remove out-of-code items.
• Count and record cash, checks, and food stamps in registers and safes.
• Verify money orders, lottery inventory, and bank deposits.
• Check gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking water.
• Conduct surveys to verify compliance with procedures.
• Work safely by following all procedures and rules.
• Operate with minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team results by completing related tasks as needed.
