Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an Inventory Auditor to join our retail operations team. You will conduct daily store audits, verify merchandise, and ensure pricing accuracy across locations.

You will use handheld devices to perform counts, report discrepancies to the store manager, and help maintain compliance with company procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Requires 2 years of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Responsible for training and production process.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise and cash in each of the Company stores by conducting a physical count using a hand held computer
• Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise
• Count and record cash, checks and food stamps in the register, TACC tubes and safe
• Verify money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits
• Verify gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking for water
• Performs various surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures
• Works in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Performs multi-tasks in a fast paced environment
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
