Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience in finance, business or risk.
• Proficient MS Office suite and data handling.
• Strong communication and field assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport on-site and perform comprehensive risk assessments.
• Investigate dealership processes and document risks, inventory, and contracts.
• Inspect collateral, determine equity, and support underwriting decisions.
• Present findings to dealers and determine next steps to mitigate risk.
• Assist Recovery team with repossessions and collateral logistics.
