Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise and cash in stores via physical counts with a handheld computer.
• Notify store management of wrong prices and pull out-of-code merchandise.
• Count and verify cash assets on site.
• Verify money orders, lottery tickets, and bank deposits.
• Verify gasoline inventory.
• Perform surveys to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Work safely by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks.
• Travel to different cities for audits.

Essential Functions:

• 1. Verifies merchandise and cash in each of the Company stores by conducting a physical count using a hand held computer
• 2. Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.
• 3. Count and verify cash assets on site.
• 4. Verifies money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits.
• 5. Verifies gasoline inventory..
• 6. Performs surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• 7. Works in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• 8. Able to work independently with little supervision.
• 9. Performs multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
• 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• 11. Travel to and from different cities for audits.
