Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Inventory Auditor to verify merchandise, cash, and deposits across our store network. You will conduct physical counts, reconcile prices, and audit gasoline, money orders, and lottery inventories while traveling to audits.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred; 1 year of inventory or retail experience helps. A valid driver’s license with clean record and occasional overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and current liability car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Verifies merchandise and cash in each of the Company stores by conducting a physical count.
• Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.
• Count and verify cash assets on site.
• Verifies money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits.
• Verifies gasoline inventory.
• Performs surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• Works in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Performs multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Travel to and from different cities for audits.

2. Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.




3. Count and verify cash assets on site.




4. Verifies money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits.




5. Verifies gasoline inventory..




6. Performs surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.




7. Works in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.




8. Able to work independently with little supervision.




9. Performs multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.




10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.




11. Travel to and from different cities for audits.

Qualifications

3. Must have a valid driver\'s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.


4. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
