Job summary

Kemper is seeking licensed insurance agents to join our field sales teams in Columbus, OH. You will manage an established book of business, perform home visits, present products, and close sales to drive growth.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus, and a pay-for-performance model with awards and trips for top performers. You will work with Kemper Life products across needs-based portfolios while helping underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Able to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations; close new sales.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Respond to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Handle record keeping and policy paperwork.
