Qualifications

• Knowledge of communicating, examining data, problem-solving and fact-finding.
• Ability to travel extensively within Florida and occasionally out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field audits, desk audits and re-audits of insurers to ensure proper practices.
• Analyze patterns of unreasonable delays, timely payments and compliance with statutes and rules.
• Identify harassment or coercion patterns and ensure proper medical billing practices.
• Prepare audit reports and coordinate with stakeholders to address violations.
