Qualifikationen

• Analyze the financial solvency of insurers under Florida law.
• Evaluate schedules and exhibits of annual/quarterly statements; assess reinsurance.
• Incorporate information from company filings, internal/external sources, and NAIC tools.
• Produce reports and conclusions on insurer compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with Risk Based Capital and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with regulators and company executives as needed.
