Job summary
Acara Solutions is seeking an Instrument & Electrical Field Engineer to support instrumentation, automation, electrical systems, and process control equipment at a chemical manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in instrumentation, electrical, controls, or automation engineering within a chemical manufacturing or similar process environment.
Responsibilities
- Review engineering designs and instrument specifications, P&IDs, equipment drawings and control system documentation.
- Support the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, and automation equipment.
- Perform field inspections and verify that installations comply with designs, specs, codes, and safety requirements.
- Test and troubleshoot instrumentation and control equipment, including flow, pressure, temperature, level, pH, and conductivity transmitters.
- Support startup and commissioning of new instrumentation and automated process systems.
