Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, construction, or electrical.
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, and haul 50+ lbs.
• Capability to work in hot climates.
• Introduction to commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of installers on residential solar projects.
• Safely execute quality workmanship and complete assignments on time.
• Ensure proper safety and quality per company policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
