Freedom Solar Power is seeking dedicated Residential Installers for national solar projects with construction, electrical, or solar experience. Based in Houston, this role involves 90% travel, primarily working in teams to install solar systems from 10kW to 1MW.

The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proven work history, willing to travel weeks at a time. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in hot climates.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of installers on residential solar projects.
• Safely execute quality workmanship and timely completion of work assignments.
• Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude per all company policies.
