Job summary

Colonial Group currently seeks a installation supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of pre-fabricated components at customer locations, including planning, coordinating, and assigning work to meet scheduling goals. The role requires strong leadership and coordination across teams in Charleston, WV.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years of directly related experience.
Experience supervising installation teams and coordinating schedules.
Knowledge of ERP and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

Schedules installs by coordinating with sales commitments/releases and fabrication loads.
Monitors installation schedule to coordinate material delivery and manpower usage.
Troubleshoots problems on installation sites and resolves quality issues with subcontractors.
Maintains materials inventories, fabrication programs, and other factors affecting schedules.
Supervises assigned staff including hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline.
Adheres to safety procedures and participates in safety meetings to improve procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
