Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Service Technician to inspect, repair, maintain and install customer equipment in the field. You will build strong customer relationships, adhere to safety policies, and possibly guide junior technicians.

Occasional domestic travel for training may be required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of repair experience on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, plus a valid driver’s license and DOT medical exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–5 years of repair and service experience on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field to exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and service quality.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Occasionally work in teams to install or repair equipment and guide less skilled technicians.
• Complete field tickets, timesheets, and safety forms accurately.
