Job summary

Corrpro Canada is seeking an entry-level Field Installation Technician for our Waterworks Division in Houston, TX. You will join a small crew to install cathodic protection systems on water storage tanks and towers, work from drawings, and provide routine maintenance.

The role requires basic electrical knowledge, climbing tall water structures, and willingness to travel weekly with a 50+ hour week. A valid driver’s license is required and overtime is paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Experience operating basic hand tools and small power tools.
• Basic electrical understanding.
• Experience installing conduit, pulling wire and basic DC circuits preferred.
• Able to climb water towers / water storage tanks up to 200'+.
• Willing to travel overnight weekly; 50+ hour workweek.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2- or 3-person crew installing and servicing cathodic protection systems on water storage tanks.
• Install conduit, junction boxes, read basic drawings and provide general service maintenance.
• Travel Monday through Friday to projects in Houston and surrounding states.
• Document activities on Daily Field Reports.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
