The SEALS Connecticut is hiring an Installation Technician to service commercial kitchens across Connecticut. This field-based role involves traveling between customer locations in a company-provided van, focusing on installing refrigeration gaskets and supporting door adjustments and maintenance.

You will be dependable, able to work independently, and communicate professionally with customers. Company provides vehicle, tools, and training to succeed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule.
• Basic handyman or mechanical skills.
• Able to use common hand and power tools.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing hands-on installation work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Install refrigeration door gaskets and related products in restaurants and other commercial kitchens
• Perform basic door adjustments, hardware replacement, and minor repair work
• Travel between customer locations throughout Connecticut
• Plan daily routes and manage appointments efficiently
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit and operation
• Communicate professionally with customers and company management
• Maintain the company van, tools, and supplies
• Accurately document completed work and any additional issues found onsite
