Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Identify wire and cable colors; be open to overtime and emergency callouts.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes or businesses.
• Activate services and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work independently as a trusted expert while meeting safety requirements.
