Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate our latest technology for residential and small-business customers in Richmond, KY. You will work independently at customers homes and businesses, delivering best-in-class service, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

You will handle installs of high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for excellent work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state drivers license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs and work at varying heights.
• Be available for overtime, emergencies, and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors during installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and ensure setup works smoothly.
