Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Service Technician to inspect, repair and install customer equipment in the field, ensuring service quality and adherence to safety standards. You will maintain strong customer relations while representing Rite-Hite’s commitment to service excellence.

Required: high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of field repair experience on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems; valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–5 years’ field service experience.
• Experience repairing and servicing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT medical exam are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation of customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and uphold Rite-Hite’s service image.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Occasionally lead or train other technicians on field installation and repair procedures.
