Kelly Telecom is seeking a Contract DOJ Project Coordinator to support Comcast Business installations at Plano, TX. You will coordinate day-of-service activities, serve as the primary liaison for field technicians, and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed within 24 hours of project completion.

The role requires coordinating across dispatch, vendors, and customer stakeholders. The position supports a mix of in-office and remote work with schedules including nights and weekends,

Qualifications

• Coordinate day-of-service activities for field installations.
• Serve as primary contact for field technicians during installations.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely documentation and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overnight installation projects across multiple sites.
• Provide real-time support to field technicians via chat.
• Track project status and update Comcast systems hourly.
• Validate and upload documentation within 24 hours of completion.
