Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Field Merchandiser to manage in-store remodels and department resets with focus on high-quality visual merchandising and customer service. You will travel to multiple stores, coordinate planograms, signage, and displays while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring retail merchandising experience, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant retail merchandising experience.
• Experience in a merchandising department and store environments.
• Strong problem solving and team building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: implement displays and signage per standards.
• Maintain POP and price signs per Merchandising Standards Guide.
• Ensure safety and operational standards during project setup.
• Complete projects and tasks on time and communicate progress.
• Cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, and layouts.
• Administration: meet timelines and report issues to District Install Manager.
