Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Chicago area to drive installation orders, coordinate with internal teams, and optimize field workflows. The role demands HVAC knowledge, familiarity with A2L refrigerants, and strong communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and EPA certification, plus a valid driver's license. This full-time position offers career growth across 30 branches nationwide and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/appliance equipment and equipment functions.
• Knowledge of A2L and an understanding of the transition to A2L (low-flammability) refrigerants.
• Knowledge of codes and laws regarding HVAC/appliance installations in all areas.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter all install orders and track their progress within the system.
• Ensure accurate monitoring of all install orders for designated areas.
• Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams.
• Supervise and optimize workflow to identify and address any slowdowns, enhancing overall installation efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with all teams, providing field training alongside TSMs and gathering customer requirements through service interactions or installations.
