Job summary

Telgian is seeking motivated Field Inspector Trainees to join our team. The home-based office role requires travel up to 75% and involves testing and inspections for assigned customers, with reports submitted to support staff.

You will begin with Telgian’s exclusive Field Inspector Training (FIT) program, followed by shadowing seasoned inspectors and regular oversight from a Regional Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to rent a car for travel arrangements.
• Regular travel, including out of town, during the week is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers and submit reports.
• Communicate all work order status changes to Customer Support.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve survey/report conflicts; find cost-saving, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Complete Telgian’s Field Inspector Training (FIT) program and participate in job-shadowing with experienced inspectors.

Your Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hourly

Your Full Time Opportunity:

• Assist with Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers and submit appropriate reports
• Communicate all work order status changes to our Customer Support team
• Interface with internal customers and external customers (as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables; and Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our service
• To set you up for success, you will get started in your new role by attending Telgian’s exclusive Field Inspector Training (FIT) program followed by job-shadowing one of your fellow inspectors and regular interactions with the Regional Field Supervisor.
• Telgian will provide all the necessary tools to set you up for success including computers, tablet, phone, etc.

Job Location:

• Office is your home base
• Must be available for regular travel, which varies in Region & State (travel up to 75% of the time)
