Job summary

Telgian is seeking a Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler Field Inspector in Concord, NH to perform testing and inspections for assigned customers and to submit reports. The role requires at least 4 years of field inspection experience, NICET II certification, and multiple fire alarm licenses across New Hampshire cities.

You will travel regularly and start with Telgian’s Field Inspector Training (FIT). Telgian provides tools and support to set you up for success and encourages collaboration with

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of field Fire Alarm and/or Sprinkler inspection experience.
• NICET II certification in Fire Alarm Systems & ITMS of Water Based required.
• Fire Alarm License for Concord, Derry, Manchester, Nashua and Hudson required.
• Fire alarm and Sprinkler License for Salem and Lebanon required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers and submit appropriate reports
• Communicate all work order status changes to our Customer Support team
• Interface with internal customers and external customers (as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables; and Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our service
• To set you up for success, you will get started in your new role by attending Telgian’s exclusive Field Inspector Training (FIT) program followed by job-shadowing one of your fellow inspectors and regular interactions with the Regional Field Supervisor.
• Telgian will provide all the necessary tools to set you up for success including computers, tablet, phone, printer, etc.

Your Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: DOE $35 - $45/hour.
