Telgian Corporation seeks a Field Inspector Trainee in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role supports field inspections under the Regional Field Supervisor, with emphasis on safety, attention to detail and clear communication with customers and officials.

No prior experience is required beyond a high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training will be provided to develop technical knowledge and reporting skills in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Safety of Job #1. Adheres to all company policies, procedures & Environmental Health & Safety standards.
• Will not conduct any inspections without a lead inspector present
• Not responsible for scheduling inspections
• Interfaces with internal customers and external customers to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables.
• Identifies ways to improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our product/service.
• Identify ways to reduce cost in the delivery of our product/service.
