Job summary

TYLin International is seeking a Construction Inspector to support sewer lining programs in the Chicagoland area. You will perform hands-on field inspections to ensure work complies with contract specifications, safety standards, and municipal requirements, while coordinating with contractors, City departments, and community stakeholders.

The role gathers expressions of interest for upcoming opportunities in the next 3–6 months, offering exposure to a growing PMCM team and multiple project types

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction field activities on sewer/water infrastructure projects.
• Experience with sewer/water construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sewer cleaning and lining operations for compliance with contract specs, safety standards and municipal requirements.
• Verify traffic control setups and material compliance per project specifications.
• Monitor installation processes, permits, and overall work quality in the field.
