Job summary

A property inspection services company is seeking 1099 independent contractors for home and commercial property inspections. Responsibilities include inspecting roofs and other properties, performing impartial inspections, and traveling to disaster-affected areas. Qualifications

• Ability to travel during catastrophic events such as hurricanes and tornadoes.
• Ability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days.
• Professional appearance and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Access and inspect steep and/or high roofs.
• Lift, carry, and set up ladders and other equipment up to 100 pounds.
• Perform accurate and impartial property inspections.
