Job summary

Southern National Roofing is urgently hiring a Field Inspector in Charleston, SC. This is a full-time W-2 role where you inspect neighborhoods, schedule appointments, and educate homeowners about our free roof inspection service.

You will not climb roofs; you will work on the ground, talk to people, and set appointments for the in-home team. On-site, 40 hours weekly, with paid training and earning potential through hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to talk to homeowners and explain services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Walk neighborhoods to identify homes for inspection.
• Speak with homeowners at their residence.
• Perform ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain the free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
