Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 3 years of construction experience.
• Familiarity with schedules and interpreting plans.
• Capable of operating testing equipment and calculating pay quantities.

Responsibilities

• Observes, documents, and verifies work in progress to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Maintains Inspector's daily log of activities, labor, equipment, and material quantities.
• Performs on-site material testing and produces as-constructed sketches.
• Reviews discrepancies with Team Lead.
