Job summary

Telgian is actively hiring Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Field Inspectors to support customers from a home-base office in Phoenix. The role requires at least 4 years of field inspection experience and NICET II certifications in Fire Alarm and water-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers & submit appropriate reports.
• Communicate all work order status changes to our Customer Support team.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve survey/report deliverables issues; identify ways to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Attend Telgian’s Field Inspector Training (FIT) program and job-shadowing with a fellow inspector; regular interactions with Regional Field Supervisor.

Calling all Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Field Inspectors to join our Telgian team!

Your Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $30-$45 /hour

Your Full Time Opportunity:

• Perform Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers & submit appropriate reports
• Communicate all work order status changes to our Customer Support team
• Interface with internal customers and external customers (as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables; and Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our service
• To set you up for success, you will get started in your new role by attending Telgian’s exclusive Field Inspector Training (FIT) program followed by job-shadowing one of your fellow inspectors and regular interactions with the Regional Field Supervisor.
• Telgian will provide all of the necessary tools to set you up for success including computer, tablet, phone, printer, etc.

Job Location:

• Office is your home base
• Must be available for Travel up to 75% of the time. (Home on Weekends)
