Job summary

Artheon is seeking fresh engineering graduates to support transportation and infrastructure construction projects across highways, bridges, and airports. The successful candidate will perform field inspection and office engineering duties, including interpreting construction plans and specifications, overseeing materials testing, reviewing documentation, and preparing reports.

This is an on-site position requiring daily field presence.

Qualifications

• Fresh engineering graduates for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with interpreting construction plans and specs.
• Familiarity with materials testing and quality control.
• NJDOT or NJ Turnpike Authority project experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspection on highways, bridges and airports.
• Assist office engineering duties and report preparation.
• Review project documentation and track materials testing.
• Support night shifts and weekend assignments as needed.
