Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule inspection appointments with homeowners. This face-to-face, field-based role relies on strong people skills and a ground-level inspection approach.

As a W-2, full-time position, you'll earn hourly pay plus commission and bonuses, with first-year earnings commonly in the $40,000 to $70,000+ range, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
