Southern National Roofing is urgently hiring for a Field Inspector / Appointment Setter. This full-time W-2 role pays hourly plus commission and bonuses, with paid training and weekly pay. Start with the potential to earn $40,000–$70,000+ per year.

You’ll walk neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule in-home roof inspections, all from ground level. No roof climbing, just people skills and on-site activity leading to real advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work outdoors, 40 hours Mon-Sat 9-7.

Responsabilités

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
