Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector to work in residential neighborhoods, identify homes eligible for a free roof inspection, and schedule appointments for our in-home inspection team. This on-site role emphasizes strong people skills and active outdoor work with no roof climbing.

The position is full-time W-2 with hourly pay, commission, and bonuses. First-year earnings commonly range from $40,000 to $70,000+, with paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face and presenting information.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections without climbing roofs.
• Explain our free roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Schedule inspection appointments for our in-home team.
• Work outdoors and stay active in diverse weather conditions.
