Job summary

Abaris Real Estate Management in the Maryland area is seeking a Field Inspector to walk properties, observe conditions, and document findings for managers and boards. Your reports will support timely decisions and property upkeep across communities.

This role is designed as a pathway: successful inspectors can move into Assistant Manager and Property Manager roles over time as they learn the business from the ground up.

Abaris Real Estate Management has served condominium, homeowner, and cooperative associations since 1975. We now manage more than 31,000 homes in over 266 communities across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. As a Field Inspector, you’ll be our eyes in the communities we manage. You’ll walk properties, write down what you see, and give our managers and boards accurate, timely reports. This role is also built as a pathway. Inspectors who do well and show initiative can move into Assistant Manager and Property Manager roles at Abaris over time.
