Qualifications

• Experience: None required. We will teach you homes, inspections and our systems. What we cannot teach is care, consistency and the will to get better every single time.

Responsibilities

• Walking a home and catching the thing everyone else would have missed.
• Filing an inspection report so clear the property manager never has to ask a question.
• Building a route that gets more done in a day than anyone thought it could.
• Picking up the phone and handling it, one time.
• Knowing your photos settled a deposit dispute before it started.
• Getting better at reading a home, its roof, its systems, its water, every single week.
