Job summary
Dearing Compressor & Pump is a trusted Industrial Products Supplier and Gardner Denver distributor seeking an Industrial Service Technician to support customer equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and peak system performance.
You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on compressed air systems and related equipment, document work orders, and participate in on-call rotations. A family‑oriented culture and ongoing technical development await.
Qualifications
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on compressed air systems and related equipment.
- Ability to inspect equipment on-site and identify opportunities for improvement and aftermarket support.
- Use a systems-based approach including energy efficiency and root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, dryers, and related equipment.
- Document service details, part numbers, and startup paperwork as required.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service support.
- Ensure rental equipment is safe, operable, and clean before delivery and return.
- Maintain a clean, stocked service van and comply with safety requirements.
