Job summary

Canteen is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Smart Tech platform for unattended retail nationwide. You will gather requirements, create training materials, support system rollouts, and ensure alignment with operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/Field Service experience, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook skills. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled in translating business needs into functional requirements.

Job Summary

This role supports Canteen’s Smart Tech platform, focused on unattended retail solutions across the U.S. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Field Implementation team to gather business requirements, develop training materials, support system rollouts, and ensure the platform aligns with operational needs.
