Job summary
Titan Environmental Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor to advance from technician-level work into a leadership and mentoring role in Southern California. You will remain on-site with field teams, providing technical judgment, coaching, and hands-on problem solving for IH, asbestos, and lead projects.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on field experience in industrial hygiene, asbestos, lead, or environmental consulting.
- Strong coaching, feedback, and mentorship skills for field staff.
- Proven ability to document, review, and improve field sampling and safety practices.
- Solid regulatory knowledge across EPA NESHAP, Cal/OSHA, and local rules.
- Valid California Driver's License and willingness to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching and in-field feedback to technicians, apprentices, and interns.
- Audit sampling methods, documentation, chain of custody, and daily field notes.
- Ensure adherence to Titan procedures and field safety expectations on site.
- Lead on-site training and mentoring toward IH certifications.
- Remain the go-to technical resource for field staff and clients.
