Job summary

Titan Environmental Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field staff in Southern California, ensuring on-site readiness, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll coach technicians, conduct real-time feedback, and guide apprentices toward IH, asbestos, and lead certifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, travel to sites, and staying current with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on field IH, asbestos, lead, or environmental consulting.
• Valid California Driver's License and ability to travel to sites.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field readiness: supplies, PPE, and equipment for every job.
• Be present on site, provide technical guidance and judgment calls.
• Conduct regular field reviews and coaching for technicians and apprentices.
• Lead hands-on training for new field staff and support certifications.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and apply them in the field.
• Model safe work practices and enforce Titan's safety culture.
