Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located at Cell Tower sites in the Oakland region. The role suits self-directed, motivated individuals willing to travel and grow in the telecom field.

Candidates should have Level 2 or Universal EPA certification, 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, and basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites.
• Operate in a fast-paced regional environment with travel between Oakland-area sites.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend call-outs on occasion and pass safety standards.
