Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking an HVAC Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC systems across Southern Arizona, primarily at U.S. Border Patrol Stations. No on-call duty is required, and candidates must pass the Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $24.97 to $30.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial planning, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must pass the Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation.
• Trained in handling all types and sizes of HVAC equipment.
• Ability to drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Communicate equipment deficiencies to the team.

Skills

Ability to perform most tasks of the craft without supervision

Ability to read and understand blueprints

EPA certification for handling ozone-depleting chemicals

Teamwork
