Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CFC license required and CFC Universal certificate preferred.
• Arizona driver's license and gate pass access required.
• 3+ years experience in operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs problems with HVAC systems.
• Performs maintenance and operational checks on mechanical and electrical components.
• Installs temporary and permanent HVAC units.
• Uses hand and power tools for installations and repairs.
• Interacts with customers to determine problems and repair requirements.
• Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (PMOs).
• Responds to and completes repairs on DMOs (Demand Maintenance Orders).
• Flexible scheduling including on-call rotations, overtime, and some weekend work.
• Ensures safety of personnel and compliance with environmental standards.
• Performs other duties as required.
