Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an HVAC Technician in New York to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across commercial and industrial facilities.

You will service air handlers, pumps, fans, split systems, and refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot HVAC controls, and install and calibrate BAS/automation systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites are required. Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and blueprints preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years HVAC maintenance/repair in commercial/industrial settings.
• EPA/CFC certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license; travel between sites required.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems.
• BAS experience preferred; plumbing/electrical familiarity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.
• Service and repair air handlers, pumps, fans, split systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain HVAC controls and automation systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvements.
