Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a District Technical Support/Sales Representative for the Upper Midwest region. This field-based role requires training customers on proper installation, operation, and service of Rheem HVAC products.

Qualifications

Associates degree in technical field (or equivalent) is required.
5+ years direct HVAC or related industry experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present training to large groups.
Proficient with computers and standard software.
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, crawling, and climbing.
Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Provide advice regarding routine product installation and service issues; refer complex questions to higher levels.
Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all sales targets’ technical product inquiries.
Maximize customer, distributor, and dealer sales by training and promoting installation methods, service, and new product introductions.
Communicate customer feedback on product problems or modifications to help improve quality and image.
