Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of MEP service experience in industrial, commercial, and/or building HVAC preventive maintenance.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft and Google products.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Valid driver's license and compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses problems within building systems and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Utilizes HVAC diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
• Reviews blueprints and specifications to determine work details.
• Inspects structures to locate serviceable items.
• Maintains records and billing reports for accuracy.
• Works with customers to develop solutions and upsell maintenance contracts.
• Directs apprentices and coaches them for safe, quality execution.
• Services, repairs, adjusts, and tests mechanical devices and equipment.
• Inspects equipment and safety hazards and escalates as needed.
